Chester Salazar del Pozo

Chester Salazar del Pozo is the Permanent Representative of Ecuador on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). He is an Ecuadorian lawyer specializing in aviation law, with experience advising airlines, airport operators and other industry stakeholders on regulatory and commercial matters, including airport concessions and airport infrastructure projects. Prior to assuming his duties at ICAO, he practiced law in Ecuador, advising domestic and international airlines. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Air and Space Law at McGill University.
